Yoga Teacher's Class Photos

Here's are photos taken from the Yoga Teacher's Certification Class I'm enrolled in. The classes are fun and intense. We have 2 yoga sessions a day (6am and 4pm) that each last for over 2 hours. The rest of the day we take philosophy, history, and yoga theory classes. I'm learning a lot and I'm glad that I got my FISAF personal training certification before coming to India. It's definitely helped me with teaching and understanding body mechanics.

Grindstone Island, New York

Grindstone Island is a place I spent my summers as a child. The Island is right on the border between Canada and United States. It's mostly covered by wilderness and dirt roads. It's a great place to visit the outdoors and still be close to civilization at the same time.

Chinese and Japanese Gardens, Singapore

The Chinese and Japanese Gardens can be found on the west side of Singapore. Both are located on separate islands on Jurong Lake. They are islands on island (Singapore). It's a very peaceful area with many great photo opportunities.
